Suite à l’expansion rapide de ses effectifs, Schlumberger a eu besoin d’une assistance externe pour la mise en œuvre de son programme de formation en santé et sécurité sur le géo-marché européen et africain. Aegide International a été embauché pour intégrer des professionnels de la formation à la sécurité au sein de l’organisation Schlumberger afin de fournir des services de formation pendant le processus d’intégration des ingénieurs et pendant les phases opérationnelles sur des questions techniques allant de la conduite défensive aux premiers secours.
