Nous gérons et conseillons la direction sur l’amélioration et le déploiement de leur système de gestion de la sécurité tout en veillant à ce que l’entreprise puisse maintenir ses différentes certifications HSE.

Aegide International a été chargé de :
- Auditing the company’s safety management system
- Developing a corporate safety management system covering the following chapters:
- Policies, standards and objectives
- Organization and resources
- System procedures
- Control and risk management
- Monitoring, reporting and analysis of incidents
- Insurance, review and continuous improvement
- Assisting the company in the development of documentation for regulatory approvals
- Conducting meeting with staff representatives
- Creating and deploying HSE communication materials and campaigns for all company staff
Project results
We ensured that CVA maintained its HSE certifications as required. The safety management system is now properly understood by all key actors and applied by permanent staff as well as temporary staff.
CVA has a comprehensive safety management system that is both operational at the corporate level, providing the headquarters with data on site performance, and on site with designated safety supervisors coordinating activities on Client sites. Given the breadth of activities covered and the fact that CVA’s teams are deployed on a variety of Client sites, the biggest challenge was to create simple but effective documents and procedures that ensure a robust safety culture for all.
